Cancellation Policy

By booking and participating in this in-person yoga private session, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Acknowledgment of Risk I understand that yoga, stretching, breathwork, meditation, and related activities involve physical movement that may carry a risk of injury. These risks include, but are not limited to, muscle strain, ligament injury, joint injury, dizziness, shortness of breath, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or other physical or emotional discomfort. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk. Health Disclosure I affirm that: ● I am physically and mentally capable of participating in yoga activities. ● I have consulted a physician regarding any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or limitations that may affect my participation. ● I will inform the instructor of any changes to my health prior to each session. I understand that it is my responsibility to listen to my body and modify or stop any movement that causes pain or discomfort. Assumption of Responsibility I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation in private yoga sessions, whether conducted in person or online. I understand that the instructor does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Release of Liability In consideration of being permitted to participate in yoga instruction, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Christina Brewer and Blair Wellness LLC, its owners, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, or damages resulting from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christina Brewer and Blair Wellness LLC from any claims brought by me or on my behalf as a result of my participation. Consent to Instruction I understand that: ● Hands-on assists are optional and may be declined at any time. ● I may withdraw from any pose or exercise at my discretion. ● Modifications and rest are always encouraged. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of California. By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
