By booking and participating in this online yoga class, you acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including injury. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will consult a physician if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. I agree to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and stop if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. I understand these sessions are not medical treatment and no specific results are guaranteed. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Christina Brewer and Blair Wellness LLC from any liability arising from participation. No Guarantees Results vary from person to person. No specific outcomes—physical, emotional, or otherwise—are guaranteed. Online Participation & Technology You acknowledge that: Online classes require a stable internet connection. Technical issues may occasionally occur. The instructor is not responsible for disruptions caused by technology, platform outages, or user error. Classes may be recorded for internal use or replay access unless otherwise stated. Privacy & Recording You agree not to record, screenshot, or distribute any class or content without written permission. You may choose to keep your camera off during live classes. Any recordings provided are for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing of content is prohibited. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds All purchases are final. Missed live classes are non-refundable. Memberships and packages are non-transferable. Code of Conduct You agree to participate respectfully and maintain a supportive environment. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a class or program without refund. Intellectual Property All materials, classes, recordings, sequences, and written content are the intellectual property of the instructor and may not be reproduced, taught, or distributed without permission.
